DR. OWISO OWISO is an international lawyer, scholar and researcher whose primary interests and areas of specialisation include general public international law, international criminal law/justice, international arbitration and dispute settlement, law of international organisations, transitional justice, human rights, governance and democratisation. He earned a doctorate in public international law from the University of Luxembourg in 2022. He has taught international law at the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) and the University of Groningen (The Netherlands). He currently practises law.

He is also a farmer, a lover of nature, and an amateur cyclist :)
