Dr. Owiso Owiso is an international lawyer, scholar, researcher and consultant whose primary interests and areas of practice are public international law, international criminal law/justice, international organisations, international arbitration and dispute settlement, transitional justice, human rights, democratisation, governance and legislative drafting. He has experience working with international organisations/courts, advising non-governmental organisations and government departments. He has taught international law at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) and the University of Groningen (The Netherlands).
